Customizing Toolbars


On the Mac, you can customize toolbars to display buttons that access commands that you use most frequently.

To customize toolbars:

1. Select View > Customize Toolbar. A window opens that displays all of the buttons available for the window you are currently working in.

2. Drag the buttons you want to the toolbar in the current window and click Done when you are finished making your changes.
